The History Of Item Upgrade In 10 Milestones

Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar item with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment into three attributes: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is to be rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they are open they show a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to acquire them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific amount of items to be applied, as well as a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left is where players can add a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade tokens.

Item upgrade components can be used to make sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Home  can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the level of the item and the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
